Smörgåstårta-Sandwich kek makanan laut Swedish/ Swedish Seafood Sandwich cake

Kek ni kesukaan orang Swedish dan lebih sihat dari kek yang manis. Cara membuatnya sangat mudah. Cuma perlu sapu krim, mayonais di atas roti saja.

This cake is loved by Swedish and healthier than sweet cake. It is also easy to make. One need to only spread cream and mayonaise on top of the bread

Kek ini adalah untuk10-12 orang / This cake is for 10-12 servings:
1 buku roti /1 loaf of bread

Campuran untuk lapisan 1 dan 3: (For 1st and 3rd layer)
 1 1/4 cawan mayonis / 1 1/4 cup mayonaise
1 1/4 cawan krim masam atau yoghurt / 1 1/4 cup sour cream or yoghurt
3 sudu besar kaviar (tak letak pun tak mengapa) / 3 tbsp caviar
5 telur rebus/ 5 boiled eggs
150 g ikan salmon yang disalai sejuk./150 g cold smoked salmon
1/2 cawan dill dicincang halus  (boleh ganti daun herba lain) / 1/2 cup finely chopped dill

Untuk lapisan 2:(For 2nd layer)
lebih kurang 90 g keju udang galah (boleh diganti dengan campuran udang galah dicampur krim keju)
about 90g lobster cheese
15 ekor udang galah 15 pieces lobster
1 sudu besar dill (atau herba lain) yang dicincang /  1 tbsp chopped dill

 
Hiasan / Garnish:
200ml mayonais /200ml mayonnaise
100ml crème fraiche atau krim masam atau yoghurt / 100ml crème fraiche or yoghurt or sour cream
sayuran hijau. Saya guna timun / green veges. I use cucumber
600 g udang dengan Cangkerang / 600g or 2 cups shrimp with shell
150-200 g ikan salmon disalai sejuk/150-200 g cold smoked salmon
3 telur rebus/3 boiled eggs
80 g caviar/ 80g or 4 tbsp caviar
1-2 limau/ 1-2 lemon
Dill
Cara membuat / Methods:

Potong dill.Gaulkan campuran 1 dan 3 bersama  kaviar. Kupas dan potong telur. salmon dipotong dadu
Buang bahagian tepi roti dan susun . Sebarkan kira-kira separuh daripada majonnäs di atasnya. 
Agihkan separuh telur, ikan salmon dan dill di atas. Tutup dengan 1 lapisan roti.
Ulang untuk lapisan kedua dengan menggunakan campuran 2.Simpan dalam peti ais selama 2 jam

Keluarkan roti. Sediakan hiasan.

Kacau  mayones dengan krim masam dan sebarkan ke seluruh kek. Tekan timun di  tepi keseluruhan kek. Kupas udang. Bentukkan mawar kecil dari ikan salmon. Kupas dan potong bulat telur. Hiriskan limau nipis. Hias dengan udang, ikan salmon, telur, kaviarmix, limau nipis dan dill seperti dalam gambar, atau cita rasa sendiri.

Stir together mayonnaise with sour cream for mixture 1 and 3. Flavour it with  caviar. Peel and chop the eggs. Dice the salmon. Cut dill.
Place 1 round slice of bread and spread about half of the mayonais mixture over it. Distribute half eggs, salmon and dill on top. Cover with 1 new slice of bread.
Spread lobster cheese across the bread platter. Drain lobster and divide them into smaller pieces. Distribute them and chopped dill over cheese. Cover with 1 new slice of bread.
Spread the rest of the mayonnaise mixture of  1 and 3 over the bread and spread the eggs, salmon and dill over. Cover with the remaining bread.
Stir together mayonnaise with sour cream for decoration and broad it over and around the whole cake. Press the green vege around the entire cake edge. Peel the prawns. Do small Roses of the salmon. Peel and slice the eggs. Slice of lime. Garnish with shrimp, salmon, egg, caviar, lime and dill as pictured, or according to your own taste.
