Pita Bread How To

Ingredients 피타 빵 방법 ピタパン方法 皮塔面包如何 皮塔麵包如何
1 glass of flour
1/4 tsp dry yeast
1/2 glass of water pitabrood hoe пита как да се pita chleba, jak se
Pita kruh kako to chleb pita, jak pão pita como
1) Mix all the ingredients for 10- 15 minutes.
2) Leave the dough to rise until it becomes airy as in the picture below.Around 1-2 hours
3) Divide the dough into 4 balls. Dust the balls with flour and make flat circles. Place it on dusted towels
4) Heat the oven and tray to 250 degree celcius
5) Place the dough on the tray and bake until brown. The dough should puff and look like the pictures below.

P.S: Dough rises according to how much yeast you use and the temperature of the room. If your room is cold, add more yeast or wait longer.
