Healthy Digestive Biscuit

I love this cookies soo much! Its crunchy and tasty.

Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients
1/4 cup organic olive oil
1/4 cup cooking oil
white egg (optional)
1/4 cups milk

1) Mix dry ingredients
2) Add in wet ingredients.
3) Knead until smooth.
4) Keep aside for 1 hour if you wish to make it taste better.
5) Turn on the oven to 350F (175C)
6) Roll the dough and cut it to your desired shape
7) Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
8) Enjoy!
