Stop brushing your teeth with toothpaste

In the name of God, the Most Loving, the Most Merciful

Brush your teeth with soap bars instead. Personally I prefer to use olive oil soap but you can use any soap you wish. There are many reasons why toothpaste is not good for you. I was told by one of my friends that toothpaste contains rat poison!
